Console Services
Console cleaning + thermal paste – £60
A thorough cleaning of the console's internal components, removing dust and debris, and reapplying high-quality thermal paste to improve cooling and prevent overheating.
SSD/ NVME storage upgrade – £60 (labour only)
Upgrade your console's storage by replacing the existing hard drive with a faster SSD or NVME drive. Includes installation and cloning of your data, so you don’t lose your saved games or settings.
Reinstall firmware / operating system (Playstation safe mode, Xbox offline update) – £25
Reinstall the console's operating system or firmware to fix software issues, improve performance, or recover from corrupted data. This includes updates for PlayStation in safe mode or Xbox offline update.
Console Hard Drive Replacement – £70
Replace a damaged or failing hard drive with a new one to restore your console’s functionality. This service includes installation of the new hard drive and data transfer from the old drive if possible.
Laser Lens Cleaning (For Disc Drives) – £40
Clean the laser lens in the disc drive to ensure proper reading of game discs, reducing load times and errors. This service is ideal if your console is struggling to read discs or experiencing slow loading times.
